Albany Office Suites is planning a July 2023 grand opening! We are located at 52 James Street in Downtown Albany on the Penthouse / 5th FL. All offices come fully furnished with a desk and chair. Additional office furniture is available upon request. The office suites have professional high speed Wi-Fi throughout. We have a professional printer with unlimited black / white copies and wireless scanning.

The building has an elevator and is secured with electronic key fob access. Leases over two years will have their logo displayed on the lobby directory. There is a conference room that can be scheduled for private meetings. There is a mail slot on the floor for direct mail access.

The office suites range from 132 square feet to 326 square feet. We have interior and windowed offices. Our interior office suites start at $599 per month. Our windowed offices start at $1,099 per month. No minimum lease length! All offices are plug n play ready! Sign up and begin working immediately. Hot desks and workstations coming soon. Virtual offices and mailing addresses start at $59 per month.

The floor is equipped with a full kitchen which includes a Keurig Coffee maker with K-cups, Nespresso machine with pods, tea, creamer, water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We have mugs, silverware and dishware. Our kitchen is stocked with granola bars, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn and chips! Daily janitorial is included.

The building is located directly in front of Tricentennial Park and the old Union Station. James Street is parallel to North Pearl and Broadway. 

There is a $250 one-time admin fee per lease. Rates advertised are for two desks per office suite. Each additional desk is $65 per month. Each office is given a key fob per person.
